- Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb chicken (boneless, skinless)
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the 1/4 lb chicken (seasoned with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning).
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
- Assemble the Quesadilla:
- Place one tortilla in the same skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Add a portion of the cooked, shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
- Place the second tortilla on top and press gently.
- Cook the Quesadilla:
- Cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Once both sides are crispy and golden, remove from heat.
