Quesadilla De Bobo

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb chicken (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the 1/4 lb chicken (seasoned with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning).
    • Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
  2. Assemble the Quesadilla:
    • Place one tortilla in the same skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
    • Add a portion of the cooked, shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
    • Place the second tortilla on top and press gently.
  3. Cook the Quesadilla:
    • Cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
    • Once both sides are crispy and golden, remove from heat.
  4. Serve:
    • Cut the quesadilla into triangles and serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.

This recipe uses #1/4 lb chicken, #2 tortillas, and #1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. You can input each ingredient and quantity into separate fields, making it easy to adjust the recipe and add additional ingredients if needed.
